There will be no butterbeer on sale in the cafeteria of Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter. Visitors to what will soon be Watford's premiere tourist attraction can visit a cafe and exit through a gift shop, as tradition demands. But this is no theme park. What this new facility will provide instead, says Warner Bros., is a behind-the-scenes deconstruction of the world's biggest franchise and a tribute to the craftspeople involved.

'Harry Potter' movie studio tour opens outside London by Brady MacDonald
Hard-core Harry Potter fans who devoured the books, camped out for the movies and trekked through the theme park now have a new way to relive the boy wizard’s adventures.
Debuting Saturday, the Making of Harry Potter behind-the-scenes tour at the Warner Bros. studios in England will let wizards, mudbloods and muggles pull back the curtain on the movie-making secrets of the most successful film series of all time.

'Harry Potter' Studio Tour Opens Near London
A behind-the-scenes tour, The Making of Harry Potter, has opened to the public just outside of London, the Los Angeles Times reports. Sets from the movies, including the Great Hall, a 50-foot-long model of Hogwarts Castle and Dumbledore’s office are included in the tour.
Based at Leavesden Studios where all eight Harry Potter films were shot, the three-hour self-guided tour allows visitors to also view props and costumes used in the films, as well as special effects exhibits and models.

My daughter and I were halfway through the new “Making of Harry Potter” studio tour when we met Dan, whose job was to attend to our Harry Potter needs.

Diving Into 'The Making of Harry Potter' Studio Tour by Nathan Barry
It is a good time to be a fan of the boy wizard right now. Earlier in the week, the eBook versions of all seven Harry Potter novels were finally made available through the pottermore.com website, and this weekend the doors of The Making of Harry Potter studio tour will at last be opened with a star-studded red carpet event at the Leavesden Studios where all eight movies were made.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which opened in 2010 at Universal Studios, has been a smash hit and will be expanding.
So now comes "Warner Bros. Studio Tour London: The Making of Harry Potter" -- due to open March 31 at the Warner Bros. studios outside London -- features actual sets, props and costumes from the eight Harry Potter movies. It's in the hangar-like areas where Daniel Radcliffe (Harry) and Emma Watson (Hermione) filmed since before they were teens. USA TODAY and other media got a sneak peek before opening day.

Harry Potter at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London: Could it be Magic?
Warner Bros. Studio is about to throw open its doors to the most successful film series of all time: Harry Potter. From March 31st up to 5,000 Potter fans a day will be apparating to Leavesden, North London, to see behind the scenes of Hogwarts. At a cost of £100 million to produce, and with prices for a family of four at £83, expectations of the Tour will be high.
