Colfer weaves a Harry Potter spell

Chris Colfer got in touch with his inner wizard as he visited the Harry Potter studio tour in London.

The Glee star and Harry Potter fan admitted he got quite emotional during a preview of the summer’s Spell-tactular activity at the Warner Bros Studio Tour London – The Making Of Harry Potter in Leavesden.

“Try NOT holding back tears when seeing this for the first time. #GreatHall,” he wrote, along with a photo of himself in the Great Hall.

“Took me long enough, but finally made it through these doors. #makingofhp,” he added, with an image outside the doors.

He also posted pictures of himself holding Hedwig, sitting at the desk behind Dumbledore’s desk, posing with Death Eaters and outside 4 Privet Drive.

“The most excited I have ever been to sit behind a desk! #DumbledoresOffice,” he said.

The Summer Spells special, which runs for six weeks from July 26 until September 2, invites visitors to delve into the world of spell casting, potions and wizard duels. Fans can learn how spells such as Wingardium Leviosa came to life on screen, learn wand battle choreography and can cast their own spells.
