Ferrari World's Turning Up the Drama with a New Acrobatic Spectacular

  • News

Love Ferrari World but need a break from the speeds and thrills of the rides? There’s a new show which lets others do the adventurous moves while you kick back and watch. The former live stage show La Gara has been replaced by Red, which runs just under 30 minutes and is all about acrobatics.

Going for the vintage vibe, the storyline follows two Italian men who are after the same gorgeous gal in Fifties era Italy.

The National reports, “The big-budget extravaganza has been produced by Thinkwell, a California-based theme park design company. This is the firm behind such popular attractions as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at the Universal Resort in Florida and the Olympics’ Spectator Experience show in London. Closer to home, it also created the Snow Play Zone at the Ski Dubai indoor ski slope.”

Sounds like some good creative chops behind it! The firm’s creative director said he was inspired by Federico Fellini films, which we love over here at Ahlan! Towers.

As for why La Gara is being replaced, the honchos at the park said it’s all about going “bigger and better”. Sounds good to us!
