Founder, Thinkwell Studio Montréal

Roger is the Founder of Thinkwell Studio Montréal (formerly Realisations-Montréal). Roger has led the creative development of new technologies for many years at Realisations and more recently, for Thinkwell Group in Montréal.


Roger founded Realisations-Montréal, now Thinkwell Studio Montréal, with a background in Visual Arts and Theatre from Laval University and Concordia University. Since 1972, he has collaborated on more than 5,000 shows, hotels, casinos, and museums throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.  Over the years, he has guided teams through his expertise as a sculptor, musician, photographer, creative director, technical director, lighting designer, soundman, scenographer, and producer.


Roger is an eclectic thinker who excels in helping creative teams grow, as he dedicates himself to innovative and interactive scenography as well as architectural and ambient intelligence for public spaces and cultural events. As an Executive Producer, he has participated in the creative development for Cirque du Soleil and in the presentation of their first permanent shows in Las Vegas as well as their Asian and North American tours.


Roger is a member of the board of directors for MUTEK, devoted to international digital creativity & electronic music, and he is also a board member for Tout à Trac Theatre.
