As Director of People, Yoli is responsible for all employee relations company-wide, while maintaining employee benefits, programs and work structure for all employees.
Yoli Romeo’s leadership has ensured that employee relations issues are addressed and resolved in a fair and consistent manner and consistent with the values of the company. She institutes and maintains a user-friendly and sustainable method for ensuring that appropriate training and continuing education takes place as required by the business, while ensuring planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
Her professional career spans over 25 years in Human Resources, with 10 years of experience at Thinkwell. Within that time, Yoli has been a pivotal component to the success of the company by hiring the most qualified and talented Thinkwellians. Prior to Thinkwell, Yoli maintained a 17 year career as a Processing Center Executive Director at Bank of America.
